Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), cash, and checks (from established clients). All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
As an alternative, we are proud to offer Scratch Pay. Scratch Pay offers simple, pet friendly payment plans to help with unexpected veterinary bills. Use your phone to submit a quick application which will NOT affect your credit score. You will receive up to three offers based on your eligibility, with terms ranging from 0 to 12 months.
Insurance For Your Pets
We highly recommend insurance for your pets, which helps you prepare for unexpected medical costs, as well as pay for routine wellness care. While there are many companies and policies available for your pets, the ones we recommend the most are Embrace and Trupanion. You can find more information or get a quote on their websites.
