Stitch is a wonderful little kitty that has been through the ringer this year. His owner first brought him to us in August of 2011, as he was concerned about a limp that Stitch had been exhibiting. X-rays revealed that poor Stitch had injured his Left Femoral Head and was in need of corrective surgery. Stitch’s wonderful owner, Mark, took great care of his after his surgery, but about a month later Stitch began to limp again. Mark brought him in immediately but unfortunately, new X-rays revealed that Stitch had now injured his Right Femoral Head. Corrective surgery was needed again. In addition to getting some very sizeable donations, Mark scraped together the funds for the second surgery. It has been a little over a month and “Sweet Stitch” is doing great. We want to thank Mark for being such a wonderful pet owner and Stitch for being such a sweet patient.
